1. Course Conducting and Cancellation:
IASCA conducts training courses that have a sufficient number of participants. In case the required number is not met, IASCA has the full right to either cancel or reschedule the course to a new date set by the Society. Participants have the right to withdraw from the course if the new rescheduled date is inconvenient for them. In such instances, any fees paid will be refunded to the individual/entity who made the payment within (7) business days of the refund request.
2. Attendance and Certification:
Upon completing the course, participants receive an e-certificate of attendance, detailing the number of training hours and the topics covered. Issuing an attendance certificate is conditional upon regular attendance, as certificates will not be issued if the participant is absent for more than 10% of the total training hours - even if the absence is justified. IASCA does not guarantee that the issued certificates will be certified by official authorities—whether in Jordan or abroad.
3. Withdrawal from the Course:
The participant and/or the entity submitting the registration request (on behalf of the participant) will bear the full course participation fees, even if the participant withdraws, fails to attend, or fails to meet the requirements of obtaining the certificate for any reason. This policy applies unless IASCA is notified in writing of the participant’s intention to withdraw at least (5) business days prior to the scheduled course start date. If the withdrawal notice is provided within this timeframe, the paid fees will be refunded to the person/entity that made the payment within (7) business days from the refund request.
4. Payment Policy:
o Any amounts paid must be deposited directly into the International Arab Society of Certified Accountants (IASCA) official account or paid to TAG.Global’s financial officer with an official, stamped receipt. The receipt must be issued for every payment and retained until the end of the course.
o The registration request is not considered valid unless the full course fees are paid.
5. Promotions and Discounts Policy:
o Promotions and discounts shall be subject to the training courses’ terms and conditions set by IASCA.
o Promotions and discounts shall be valid only during the periods specified by the IASCA Management.
