IASCA assists its institutional  and corporate clients in identifying their training needs and designing their own training programs to meet their employees' needs in light of the specificity of each organization. This is done with the aim of  maximizing the benefits.
Moreover, IASCA follows up with the participants, emphasising the need to implement the skills and practices they acquired during the training program which, at  the end of the day, will  reflect positively on their work. Follow-up process is carried out through providing the participants with replies to any questions regarding the actual implementation processes following completion of the training program, regardless of the end date of that program.
